A REPORT
FROM THE DAVID
SUZUKI FOUNDATION
As part of his commitment to "doing well by doing good" (as the Quakers
used to say) Duncan does some pro-bono work with the
David Suzuki Foundation. In the fall
of 2004, he was lucky enough to be involved in a paper authored by Jose
Etcheverry (et al.), entitled
Smart Generation: Powering Ontario with
Renewable Energy.
Although only entering the project at a late stage, Duncan was able to use his
engineering expertise & skills in financial analysis to review the document in
detail. His work was much like a final technical seal of approval, and
was very much appreciated by Jose and his team.
