In 2002 and 2003, Duncan
earned an MBA in Global Business from
GRENOBLE
ECOLE DE MANAGEMENT, in France. As
part of his MBA, Duncan completed numerous practical case studies in small and
large groups. This page contains links to a
complete work on a Market Entry Strategy that Duncan completed in a group with
four of his MBA classmates. The company in question is called RED//GREEN, a Danish
designer and manufacturer of clothing
that was considering establishing a retail presence in
Australia.
The evaluation considers Macro-Economic factors,
Micro-Economic factors, and develops a suitable Market Entry Strategy that is consistent with RED//GREEN's strategic objectives.
Documents that were
prepared for this project consisted of a 21 page report and an 18 page slide
presentation.
